UMC Financing

Once your application is completed, a soft credit pull is done by UMC and will be reviewed by various lenders. In some cases, you will be notified immediately after you submit your application if you are approved. In other cases, it could take up to one business day for UMC to notify you of your approval. M-Lend

With M-Lend, you must apply by phone by calling Mr. Don Goldberg at 888.474.6231 to learn more about the financing options available. Explain you wish to enroll at The Saint Jude Retreats and he will be able to assist you. 0% APR may be available for some qualifying borrowers. The loan is mailed to the credit applicant as a credit card 7-10 business days after the loan is approved. The credit card must be activated at that time to pay the Freedom Model Retreat Program balance. Your financing can then be paid off in an affordable monthly payment schedule.

FINISHING YOUR LOAN PROCESS:

Each lender requires specific documentation to finish up the lending process after pre-approval and fund the loan. The lender you choose will let you know specifically what you need to send to complete the loan application for funding but some of the documents that are typically required are:

• Copy of Photo Identification– can be a Driver’s License or Passport
• Copy of your most recent paystub to verify income-may substitute current year’s W2 or tax return
• Copy of current utility bills with address matching that listed as your home address on your application
